1. About Meisio

Meisio is an interior design and technology platform providing digital tools and services intended to help users explore, visualize, plan, and estimate interior design projects.

Our services may include, depending on availability:

• AI-powered interior design generation;
• Room and interior visualizations;
• AI-generated design concepts;
• Floor-plan-related visualization tools;
• Style Quiz and design preference tools;
• Smart Estimate and project estimation tools;
• Interior design consultations;
• Interior design and renovation services;
• Project-related enquiries;
• Design references and inspiration;
• Customer support; and
• Other services introduced by Meisio from time to time.

Meisio may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you use the Platform on behalf of another person, organization, company, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Registration and User Accounts

Certain Meisio features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Keeping your account information up to date;
• Using your account only for lawful purposes; and
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Meisio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform;
• Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract Platform content without permission;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Platform except where expressly permitted by law;
• Circumvent security, access restrictions, or usage limitations;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or organization;
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing;
• Upload personal information belonging to another person without appropriate authorization;
• Use AI-generated outputs to facilitate unlawful activity; or
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage Meisio or its users.

5. Interior Design Services

Meisio may provide interior design, consultation, visualization, renovation, or related services directly or through third-party professionals or service partners.

The scope, specifications, materials, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for a particular project may be separately agreed upon in writing.

Information displayed on the Platform about services, materials, finishes, furniture, products, timelines, or designs may be illustrative and may change depending on availability, site conditions, supplier availability, measurements, specifications, and project requirements.

A service is not considered confirmed solely because a user views a service page, submits an enquiry, or uses an estimate tool.

6. Estimates and Pricing

Meisio may provide estimated project costs through its Smart Estimate or other tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, estimates generated through the Platform are indicative planning estimates only and are not binding quotations, invoices, or offers capable of acceptance.

Actual project costs may vary depending on factors including:

• Actual site measurements;
• Property condition;
• Material selection;
• Furniture and appliance specifications;
• Structural or civil requirements;
• Electrical and plumbing requirements;
• Labour requirements;
• Supplier pricing;
• Transportation and logistics;
• Changes requested by the customer;
• Taxes and applicable government charges; and
• Other project-specific circumstances.

A final quotation, scope of work, payment schedule, and applicable terms will apply where separately issued and accepted by the customer.

7. AI-Generated Content

Meisio may provide AI-powered tools that generate images, design concepts, layouts, recommendations, text, visualizations, estimates, or other content.

AI-generated content is intended for visualization, inspiration, planning, and informational purposes.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or differences from actual physical spaces, materials, dimensions, colours, products, or construction conditions.

AI-generated content does not constitute:

• Architectural drawings;
• Structural engineering drawings;
• Electrical drawings;
• Plumbing drawings;
• Fire-safety plans;
• Construction documentation;
• Professional engineering advice; or
• A guarantee of the final constructed result.

You should obtain appropriate professional review before using any AI-generated output for construction, renovation, structural, electrical, plumbing, or safety-related decisions.

8. User Content and Uploaded Materials

The Platform may allow you to upload photographs, floor plans, drawings, reference images, reviews, text, project information, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted below.

By submitting User Content, you grant Meisio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify where necessary for the requested service, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the relevant Platform features and services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content and grant the rights described above.

You should not upload confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless it is necessary for the service and you have the appropriate authorization.

9. Reviews, Feedback and Public Content

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other feedback.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are truthful, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of others.

Meisio may moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable platform standards.

By submitting content intended for public display, you grant Meisio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content for operating, promoting, and presenting the relevant Meisio services, subject to applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, branding, designs, graphics, text, software, interfaces, logos, photographs, videos, animations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Meisio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Meisio, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Meisio's proprietary content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Meisio's trademarks, software, branding, or proprietary materials to you.

11. AI Output and Intellectual Property

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated outputs may depend on the nature of the output, the input provided by you, applicable law, and the terms of the third-party AI technology used to generate the output.

Where Meisio expressly provides an output for your personal project use, you may use that output for the intended purpose, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented with the relevant service.

AI-generated content should not be represented as exclusively human-created where doing so would be misleading.

12. Third-Party Services

Meisio may integrate or rely on third-party services, APIs, infrastructure, payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, or other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy.

Meisio is not responsible for independent third-party services, including their availability, content, policies, or performance, except to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Payments

Where Meisio offers paid services, applicable prices, taxes, payment schedules, and other charges will be communicated before payment where required.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You may be required to accept the applicable payment provider's terms.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.

For project-based services, the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement may contain additional payment terms.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the particular service, payment, project stage, and applicable law.

Where a separate quotation, order, proposal, or service agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply to that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Availability of Services

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Construction and Professional Responsibility

Interior design visualizations and estimates available through Meisio are not substitutes for site surveys, professional measurements, architectural documentation, structural assessments, engineering calculations, or legally required approvals.

Users are responsible for obtaining professional advice and required approvals before undertaking construction, renovation, or structural work.

Applicable building regulations, fire-safety requirements, structural requirements, society or apartment rules, local permissions, and other legal requirements may apply to a project.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and informational content are provided on an "as available" and "as-is" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI outputs will always be accurate;
• Estimates will equal final project costs;
• Visualizations will exactly match physical results;
• The Platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Third-party services will always be available; or
• Every feature will be available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meisio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated visualizations, estimates, recommendations, or other informational outputs where such reliance was not reasonably appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or User Content submitted by you that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary to:

• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Protect the security of the Platform;
• Investigate suspected violations;
• Comply with legal requirements;
• Address misuse of the Platform;
• Protect users or third parties; or
• Enforce these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking such action.

Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

21. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

22. Communications

We may send communications relating to your account, security, services, enquiries, transactions, estimates, projects, and important changes to the Platform.

Promotional communications may be sent where permitted by law and, where required, based on your consent or preferences.

24. Changes to These Terms

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become effective.

Your continued use of the Platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdictional rights available to users, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific services, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform, subject to any separate written agreement applicable to a particular project or service.
